Nutritious Chocolate Chip Banana Oatmeal Morning Meal Cookies.

How do baking cookies ever be rapid? You normally have to find a scale, carefully measure out all the components, caress the dough to ages, cut out little cookies in your heart, star and moon shapes and then wait a second century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake biscuits under these conditions. That is just how I roll up. But I came across these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyway.)

Okay, they do not taste exactly like the biscuits you receive around Christmas time. Rather they are a bit more gooey and do not crumble whatsoever.

But what largely convinced me was you can have them prepared in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most surprising thing about the cookies is they involve only 2 ingredients! Yep that's right, and anybody can combine two ingredients.

Though in case you would like to make them tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using some add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!

It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gonna pay me if you eat them), but I must say one more amazing thing about those cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, once I'd had the very first I finished the rest within one hour.

They're ideal for hiking excursions or other occasions where you will need a quick energizing snack on the go. Now I keep them as a quick bite in my backpack.

It must also be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the typical cookie suspects. Simply oats and bananas.

Take oats such as. Not only do they reduce your cholesterol levels which in turn will help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbs and nutrients to keep you going for longer throughout the day.

These nutrients include manganese, good for bone creation and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- essential for energy production to make you feel more awake

Much like peanuts -- the favorite fruit one of athletes -- not just because they contain a decent number of good carbohydrates but for being the big players in the potassium video game.

Potassium is a very important nutrient for preventing tiredness and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you have a difficult day before you.

As you can see, I'm a big fan.

Have you ever been trapped somewhere in nature and thought"damn I am in trouble" ? If so, where? Just blend bananas and oats and then bake them for 15 minutes. Great for when you want an energy boost on the go. Enjoy!

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats operate my website really nicely )

Optional: Vegan Cookie Recipes - Vegan Richa

two tsp cinnamon

1 small handful raisins

1 small handful walnuts, crumbled

1 small number sesame seeds, pear

You can add pretty much anything you like!


Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Take a bowl and mash the bananas until they're mushy

Add the cup of oats and any of the optional ingredients

Stir until everything is nicely mixed

Put baking paper on the menu so that the cookies do not adhere. If you don't have this make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you're vegetarian )

To create the cookie shape just grab a spoon and scoop a decent sum from the mix onto the baking dish like I did at the photograph above. It's super quick and simple.

Away it goes into the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
